An attractive nose of choc-mint and blackcurrant with hints of bramble and violets is supported by subtle cedary oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied with rich varietal fruit flavours, balanced acidity, silky tannins and gentle oak, finishing seamlessly with elegance and length. Cabernet Sauvignon matches well with chargrilled, braised or roasted red meats also great with Seared Wagyu Burgers with Wild Rocket and Dijon Mustard; Stir-Fried Crispy Beef with Snow Peas; or Slow Roasted Shoulder of Lamb with Fresh Mint Sauce and Baby Beetroot
